Check out this cool French Quarter spot called the Carousel Bar inside of Hotel Monteleone. As patrons enjoy sitting at the bar, it actually spins around slowly as folks enjoy their drinks and good conversation. Many celebrities have stopped here for some drinks and spin including playwright Tennessee Williams.
